London is river Thames will be brought to life in a month-long season of events along the rivers 42-mile (68km) stretch during the Totally Thames 2017 festival.
Approximately 150 events fall under three main themes: the river Thames rich history, the 300th anniversary of Handels Water Music, and the issue of plastic pollution in rivers and oceans. See large-scale art installations, exhibitions and live performances while walking along the riverside. Enjoy a concert below river-level or join an archaeological tour of the rivers surroundings. See boats of all sizes cruise down the river, or get on the water yourself with watersports and boat parties.
Price: Many events and activities are free, while some require a paid-for ticket.

Open House London opens the doors of hundreds of buildings and spaces around the capital and during this you can get free access to more than 800 churches, museums, public buildings, private houses, schools and offices, exploring the iconic buildings that are not usually open to the public.
The buildings include the BT Tower, The Shard and The Gherkin. Billingsgate Roman House and Baths and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, to the Royal Albert Hall, Fullers Griffin Brewery and the Baitul Futuh Mosque and many more.
Admission is free to all Open House events, but some venues and tours require advance booking.
